one hope

“One God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” - Ephesians 4:6

As the bible clearly shows, we are so intricately and intelligently created by a loving God — so there is no mistake that health originated with Him.

I believe there is incredible power in His creation, and I have experienced that first-hand. He has made himself known through His creation, and as our Creator, He knows what’s best for us. God, the Great Physician, has provided the necessary tools for good health.

The key to this life, however, is not to just accept the good gifts of His creation, but to accept Him as Savior, and Lord over your Life. That is where your true hope lies — with Him.

His story through me.

The Lord worked in my life at a very young age. He had opened my eyes to my waywardness and wrong doings, and showed me of my need for a Savior at the age of 7. A childlike faith is full of trust & putting aside one’s will — a great lesson for me still today. That day was a long time ago, however, His work in my life is still evident and is nothing short of miraclulous. Even at that age I had this deep desire of wanting to “see Jesus” — the One who made me & died on the cross for me. That desire burns even more today. He has been ever present in my life throughout my childhood. Even in my continual sin, in my moments of weakness, and in my questioning, the Lord has lovingly & consistently made himself known to me. I continue to find myself in just utter awe of Him; His grace, His patience, and His forgiveness. There is no greater love.

Dane and I found each other in 2009, where it didn’t take long for me to see the Lord’s hand at work in our relationship. With long-distance dating, communication with God and with each other quickly became a stronghold for us. We married in 2012 and the Lord led us away from our comforts to a new life and a new home. Everything was unknown, however in the midst of that uncertainty, the Lord provided and our faith deepend. He showed us that His plan is good. Always good. Three years later we followed the Lord closer to family. We now have 4 kids, and those little blessings have been so incredibly sweet, humbling, and refining. The Lord has also given me a platform as a nurse to utilize my passion of caring for others through the means of His leading & His creation.

Lord, use me for your kingdom work — be glorified through me!

Messy you. meeting god.
