My oil journey began in the summer of 2014 after my husband and I, unfortunately, lost our first child. I was 9 weeks pregnant and I still remember that day like it was yesterday. Even through the pain, the doubt, and the uncertainty, the Lord used those moments to refine us. It caused us to lean into Him and to know that His plan for our lives is good. Always good.

That week following, I spoke with my chiropractor. She introduced me to the world of essential oils and told me about the oil blend, Clary Calm. I rolled it day and night on my lower abdomen, consistently. Just 7 weeks later, I was pregnant again with our sweet Asher! I truly believe that with the Lord’s hand and the support of His creation in the oils, my body’s hormones got back to a healthy level that could support another pregnancy, and quickly. It was nothing short of God’s goodness.

I got started with the top 10 essential oils after that. To this day, Clary Calm is an essential oil that I will never be without. I’ve also had the incredible privilege of helping others in similar situations. This oil continues to be a great support for my body and it will always be an oil that is very near and dear to my heart.

    This is done online through Zoom where I get to know you and you get to know me. I want to learn about your health history and your current lifestyle to get a picture of your health journey. I also set a priority to hear your health goals and see where you want to go with your health. Submit a request and I will get in contact with you on when we can meet.

  • 2: Essential Oil + Protocol

    The first time we meet online, I will schedule a second consult with you after I develop your protocol to discuss your next steps. A GI-MAP add-on option will be available, and at times recommended for more targeted treatment. During this consultation, we will go over any test results in detail and I will explain your custom protocol based on my assessment.

  • 3: Follow Up Consult

    The length of the protocol will vary from person to person. Everyone’s body chemistry is different. Factors to be considered are current/residual symptoms and any updated test results. Some extensions, changes or tweaks in protocol may need to be done. I will be with you every step of the way and will follow up with you as needed to discuss any next course of action.
